    The 2003 Hess Toy Truck and Racers feature a big 18-wheeler with not one, but two race cars inside. The cars are powered by friction motors and have working headlights and taillights. Of course, the truck has working headlights, taillights, and running lights, too. The battery compartment is clean and all the lights are in working order. The box is also in excellent condition with bright graphics and complete with all packing. The truck has slightly yellowed (see pic) from age but still in new condition.
