The 6th in the Hess Miniature series, the 2003 Miniature Hess Truck is not a truck at all. It is a scaled down replica of the popular 1993 Hess Patrol Car. It features real working lights and a friction motor. The 2003 Mini Hess Patrol Car sits on an attractive display base and fresh from the factory case. These were released on Friday, May 23rd. The factory pre-installed AA and AAA batteries have a tendency to leak over time. Therefore, we remove the AA and AAA batteries to prevent any damage that could be caused due to the battery leaking and are not included.
