The 1999 Hess Small Star Hang Tag sign is made of durable plastic and is very hard to find in this condition anymore. This is the star sign that was used to advertise the 2nd edition in the series of Mini Trucks that Hess sold at the station. They were placed at the pumps or in the window of the station to let motorists know that the new 1999 Hess Mini’s were for sale.
