In 1999 Hess came out with a promotion for the Hess Islands of Adventure. They gave out Scratch-Off Cards for you to win trips and items. You were given out one card for a chance to win. The cards came on a sheet of 5 cards and the attendant would tear off one and give it to the customer. You are buying a unused set of 5 Hess Islands of Adventure Scratch-Off Cards just as they were shipped to the Hess stations. Nice collectible.
