The 6th in the Hess Miniature series, the 2003 Miniature Hess Truck is not a truck at all. It is a scaled down replica of the popular 1993 Hess Patrol Car. It features real working lights and a friction motor. The 2003 Mini Hess Patrol Car sits on an attractive display base and fresh from the factory case. These were released on Friday, May 23rd. This is from a collection we recently purchased and has a sticker on the case that the batteries have been removed but we have not verified that and do not want to break the seal so the item is being sold “As Is” with no returns. This is for a sealed case of 24 Hess minis.
