In 1996 Hess gave out a watch to the service station owner’s who sold the most glasses in the glass promotion in the summer of 1996. In order to even get one glass you had to purchase 8 gallons of gas. This is the original box and black velvet pouch that the watch came in (WATCH NOT INCLUDED). This was a very LIMITED quantity item & NOT OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC (Hess Owner/Dealers ONLY).
