The classic tanker truck returns in both 1968 and 1969 Hess toy truck editions. They are slightly modified from previous trucks which include a return back to the standard white protective cardboard base.
Truck Details:
- Truck measures approximately 13″ in length.
- Battery compartment is clean (see pics) and all the lights are in working order.
- Chrome accents are all present & bright. (see pics).
- Decals are in mint condition which is hard to find in this year (see pics).
Box Details:
- Box top is in near mint condition, bright graphics with only a small puncture in one area (see pics).
- The bottom of the box is in excellent condition.
- Comes complete with original top & bottom inserts (see pic).
- End of the box reads “Hess Oil and Chemical Corporation Home Office, Perth Amboy, New Jersey” on one end and the other states “Made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong”.
- No battery card was issued in 1968.
