If, for some reason, damage occurs during shipping and your order is insured, we will assist you in filing a claim with the Post Office for your refund.Should the items you ordered get damaged during shipping and you failed to insure it, neither Ray’s Hess Toy Trucks or the Post Office can help you! SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE:
Due to a family emergency, our office and shipping department will be temporarily closed. Our website remains open for your shopping convenience but there will be a shipping delay on all packages. Orders placed between the dates of November 28th to December 14th will be shipped on December 15th when we expect to return. All paid orders will be upgraded from standard shipping to Priority Mail at Rays Hess Toy Trucks expense to speed up the delivery of your package. We appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time.
