Where do we find the trucks that we sell?

Most of our stock is from estate sales or just someone that just wants to sell his or her collection that they have been collecting over the years. We have trucks coming in nearly every week so it is usually easy to find what you are looking for.

What do I do if I’m looking for a specific truck?

If you are looking for a specific truck and do not see it on our website please click here and email us your request. We will do our best to locate the truck you are looking for.

What can I use for payment?

You can pay with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or Bank Card), PayPal or Check, Postal Money Order.

How do I purchase an item with Credit Card?

Click on the “Add To Cart” on the right-hand side of the item you wish to purchase. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping OR proceed to check out. Fill out the customer information & select the payment method as a Credit Card. To complete the order simply click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the check out page.

How do I purchase an item with PayPal?

Click on the “Add To Cart” on the right-hand side of the item you wish to purchase. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping OR proceed to check out. Fill out the customer information & select the payment method as PayPal. To complete the order simply click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the check out page. You will be directed to the PayPal website to complete the order.

How do I pay by Check or Money Order?

Click on the “Add To Cart” on the right-hand side of the item you wish to purchase. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping OR proceed to check out. Fill out the customer information & select the payment method as Check or Money Order. To complete the order simply click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the check out page.

Is this a secure website?

The answer is YES. Unlike most sites EVERY page on our entire site is secure whether you are just browsing or in the shopping cart checking out! We use a secure, reliable payment gateway. A payment gateway sends billing information to banks to authorize, process, and manage payments that come from online, mail, and telephone orders. Financial institutions require billing information for these orders to be transmitted through a certified, secure connection such as the one we use.

I want to restore a Hess truck, but do not want to invest a lot of money on parts. Are cheaper reproduction parts available?

Yes, there are some parts available for the older trucks. In the past, we sold only original parts, but lately, due to an overwhelmingly amount of email requests for reproduction parts, we have decided to carry a small line of them for the customers that would like to restore a truck without it costing a fortune. Many of these customers are restoring the trucks simply for display or for their child to play with. Please note that if they are reproduction parts it is stated right up front in the title and/or description! 

How large are the Hess, Servco and Wilco trucks?

Depending on the models their size ranges from 11″ to 17″ long. Most are a 1/32 scale and a few are 1/24 scale.

Are they made of plastic or metal?

Basically, they are made of child-safe durable plastics.

Do I need to confirm that you have the trucks in stock?

No, you do not need to check if the trucks in stock because our site is always up to date with our current stock. When you find an item if you do not see a RedSOLD OUT” tag it is in stock. We have also set up our system so that it will also not allow you to purchase the item if it not in stock either. We usually have a large stock of trucks and items so it’s rare that we will have an out of stock item.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed & paid for?
